Shortly after posting , I found a few more affordable options that should’ve made my list. I actually loved one of them so much that I immediately ordered it. The top I bought comes in a bright pink hue called Extreme Orchid. It has an all-around romantic ruffle. And, get this? The I bought is on sale for only $17.99! You can even get an additional 15% off, making it $15, with the current coupon code .

Last Saturday, I went to brunch at Rooster to celebrate the birthday of a very fashionable friend. My $17.99 top was just what I needed to create an on-trend ensemble. I paired the top with another Spring 2016 favorite that I’m really digging—.
Pairing culottes with shoulder-baring tops might be my preferred way to the pants. Since I’m a shorter woman, I think exposing the shoulders balances the overall look when wearing these pants with full legs. I was initially on the fence about these because of the frayed released hem, but that detail has grown on. I took a chance on them because I absolutely loved the relaxed fit. I’m wearing the culottes in a size 4.
This comes with spaghetti straps that can be tucked. I think straps on these tops look like training wheels on a bike, though, so I actually cut mine out. I’m wearing a size small in the top.
Last Saturday was so windy that my ruffles kept flying up, which was fun and cute until the ruffles hit my lipstick. Argh! So, be careful wearing yours on windy days. Ha.
