When I started lifting weights a few years ago, I shocked my entire system, and my body responded by growing stronger than ever. Every time I lift weights, I feel empowered knowing that what I’m doing is a direct investment into a healthier version of myself.
I’ve been finalizing my workout regimen this past month. Can you believe January is almost over? This year, I’m scheduling my workouts like I do any other important meeting. I’m also planning to keep track of my daily physical activities in a journal. Right now, I’m in the gym 4 to 6 hours a week for group muscle works, group training, Zumba, and my first new fitness challenge of the year — PiYo.
Sweating it out in the gym has put serious demands on my activewear. I need high performance pieces that are moisture wicking, soft, stretchy, and durable. I was so excited, then, to explore the off-price activewear options at . I’m even more thrilled to share the super stylish, high performance Puma separates that I found there at amazingly low prices.
Puma sports bra, $12.99 (orig. $25)
Puma pullover with hood, $14.99 (orig. $35)
Puma leggings, $19.99 (orig. $50)
Journal, $4.99 (orig. $10)
I’m most particular about the leggings I wear. I alway choose black, so I love finding unique style variations like on these Puma leggings. I’ve already tested them out too. They’re moisture-wicking and they stay in place. I can’t believe they’re only $20 at .
