Return of the Mac

So, I am really hoping that the heavy downpours in my local forecast are the weather man’s April Fools’ Day joke.  I packed my zebra striped umbrella just in case though.

I had difficulty choosing a coat today because I don’t own a great rain coat.  In preparation for the April showers, I have been looking for a coat that is water-resistant, chic, available in a bright color, and roughly $50.  Here are my top contenders at the moment.

Let me know if you have spotted or bought a chic rain coat.  Stay dry this weekend!

    Target has great trench coats. I just ordered a Menora water repellent trench coat and it's really nice!

    I really like the Coral one. I had my eye on one at Filene's Basement in that color, but I'm trying to be good, so hard.

    I also like the trenches at Tar Jay…Of the two you were looking at, I think I like the geranium at EB…Both are super cute…
    Select, and model for us…

    The one's at Target are really cute and the fabric is very chic. They caught my eye and I'm not even looking for rain coat!

    I like the dark pink trench. It would cheer me up on a rainy day. :0)

    Thanks for the Target tip @Shelly, @Annie, and @Valerie! It appears they are on sale now too. They are quite cute. Have you seen any that aren't double breasted?

    @Sing: Your shopping moratorium is in serious effect! I wish I had a local Filene's.

    I am really drawn to coral this spring too @Annie.

    @BudgetChic: That's what I am thinking too.

    @Chanel: Thanks. The coral one seems to be a winner.
